What is Reel to Real? 

Reel to Real is for individuals who want to create radical transformation in their life and work.  Participants receive individual coaching to define goals and further their progress.  During the program, Reel to Real groups will explore metaphors, plots, and characters from certain movies to:

• Facilitate self-understanding
• Overcome obstacles to forward movement
• Identify what you are already doing well
• Understand what you are avoiding, what you need, who you want to be, and what to do next 
• Inspire a paradigm shift  with creative solutions
